What's the difference between The Bold and The Sleek?

Same technology, same performance, same specs. The only difference is design. The Bold has a tactile ribbed grip. The Sleek has a seamless smooth cap. Choose the one that fits your style.

Will it fit in my car cup holder?

Yes. The device is 68mm in diameter, sized to fit standard automotive cup holders.

How loud is it?

Whisper-quiet, under 30dB. Virtually silent in a moving car. In a quiet room you may hear a very faint hum during the few seconds it's actively misting.

What is Smart Motion Mode?

Smart Motion Mode uses a built-in sensor that activates the diffuser the moment your car door opens and puts it to sleep automatically when motion stops. No buttons, no setup.

What is Ambient Mode?

Ambient Mode runs continuous timed diffusion cycles, designed for stationary spaces like bedrooms, offices, and living rooms. Intensity and scheduling are fully adjustable.

How long does the battery last?

Up to 300 hours in Smart Motion Mode. Up to 100 hours in Ambient Mode. USB-C rechargeable, 3.5 to 4 hours to full charge.

How long does a 20ml bottle of aroma oil last?

Up to 400 hours of scent depending on intensity settings. On a typical 2-hour daily commute, a single bottle can last 3 to 6 months.

Is it safe for pets and children?

Ōlfatic Aromas fragrance oils are phthalate-free and IFRA-certified. As with any aromatic product, we recommend ventilated use around pets and avoiding direct prolonged exposure for very young children.

Is it safe to leave running unattended?

Yes. In Smart Motion Mode the device automatically goes to sleep when motion stops. In Ambient Mode it runs on programmed timed cycles with built-in auto-stop safety.

Does it need Wi-Fi?

No. The app connects directly to the device via Bluetooth. No Wi-Fi or internet required, even while driving.

How do I clean it?

No scrubbing. Fill an empty 20ml bottle with isopropyl alcohol and run the device for 5 to 10 minutes. Recommended every 1 to 2 months or when switching to a different aroma.

How long does the device itself last?

The cold-air nebulizing pump is built to last 3 to 5 years of regular use.

Can I use my own fragrance oils?

The device is optimized for Ōlfatic Aromas signature oils, formulated specifically for cold-air nebulizing diffusers. Third-party oils may affect performance and are not recommended.

What is the warranty?

The Bold and The Sleek come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering internal mechanical failure.
