At Ōlfatic, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
A Note on Our Fragrances
Our products are produced in limited quantities. Due to their nature, and to preserve their integrity, unsealed items are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage you to try the sample fragrance included with your order before unsealing the main packaging.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
- Items must be sealed, unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Discovery sets and sample items are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Unsealed, opened, or used fragrances.
- Items marked as final sale.
Return Process
- Contact us at contact@olfatic.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a shipping label if applicable.
- Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process your refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Only sealed items are eligible for exchange.
