Do you provide setup?

Yes. Our team handles the aroma setup before the event, along with breakdown and equipment removal afterward.

Can I choose the aroma for my event?

Yes. Clients select from our curated Ōlfatic Signature Aromas based on the mood and atmosphere they want to create.

Do you offer custom aroma creation?

Yes, for select events booked at least 120 days in advance. A prior consultation with our team is required.

How long can the room be scented?

Our standard booking includes up to 4 hours of scenting, with additional hours available for an additional charge as needed.

Is Ōlfatic Aromas suitable for both private and corporate environments?

Yes. Our scent experiences are designed for a wide range of settings, from intimate gatherings and private residences to corporate events, brand activations, and hospitality environments.

Can multiple rooms be scented?

Yes. Multi-room scenting can be arranged depending on the venue layout and service requirements. Additional accommodations may apply and will be confirmed with our team prior to booking.

Adam & Eve
Lush, radiant, and undeniably tempting. A burst of juicy red apple opens with overwhelming sweetness, softened by orange and jasmine that feel like warm air moving through a garden in bloom. Vanilla and milk add a creamy glow, while coffee introduces a subtle depth beneath the surface. As it settles, vetiver, cedar, and musk anchor the sweetness with smooth, grounding warmth. Indulgent. Alive. 

Emberwoods
Smooth, slightly sweet, and quietly magnetic. Bright orange and grapefruit open with a subtle lift before pepper and geranium introduce a refined, comforting heat. As it settles, patchouli, cedar, and vetiver form a deep woody backbone, softened by the resinous glow of benzoin that draws you back in. 

Velvet Rose
Creamy, musky, and deeply enveloping. Black currant and orange open with a soft brightness before jasmine, violet, and rose unfold into a rich, velvety heart. As it settles, vanilla and musk bring warmth and depth, while a trace of burning incense leaves a refined, lingering impression.
